Attorney Mary Bajo Coletta

In her seventh year with Estey & Bomberger, Mary works with clients who have been injured or harmed directly, or harmed by significant property damage, exclusively, in fact she never works on behalf of corporations or insurance companies.  In cases of injury due to fire, construction work, or significant vehicle accidents, Mary’s skills are a perfect fit.

Mary is emotionally invested in her cases, and deeply involved.  “I’ve seen, directly, how physical and emotional injuries and loss affect my clients as well as their families.  Despite that, I find that the positive impact I can have on someone’s life is incredibly rewarding.”

Mary’s clients and their families have earned settlements or verdicts in the eight figure range; $6.5 million, $10.7 million, $21 million and $23 million as a representative sample.

Mary’s prior career work includes public education law at Timothy M. Cary and Associates, misdemeanor and DUI work at the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office and work at the office of former California Assemblyman Anthony Adams.

Mary earned her undergraduate degree from University of Nevada in Reno with a major in Political Science and her law degree from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento.  She was admitted to California’s State Bar in 2011, and enjoys membership in the San Diego County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and the American Bar Association, as well as Consumer Attorneys of California and Consumer Attorneys of San Diego. She has been named “Best of the Bar” by the San Diego Business Journal.
